Love the Crae towels

This is my second Crae purchase. I bought the holly towel to give as a gift. Unfortunately, there were some loose threads sticking up from the surface, so I didn’t think it would be a suitable gift. I emailed Crae just to let them know about the quality issue, but planned to keep it for myself. They were so kind and generous and immediately said they would ship out a new towel. It’s perfect and it will be given as a gift this weekend. Thank you, Crae, for exceptionally pretty towels and wonderful customer service! Merry Christmas!
