If you go to our website and click on the “persons icon” at the top right of the page it will send you to a log in. At the bottom of that log in, there is a help “accessing my subscription.” Click help and enter your email for your subscription. It will email you a link to reset your password. Once you reset your password and have gotten into your account you will click on manage subscriptions in the left hand side. Then you can go in and fix anything you need.
