Great product bad shipping

Ordered as Valentine’s Day gifts for the ladies in my family since I was traveling to see them and the order didn’t show up in time on the date it said it would be. Said it was shipped via UPS but was then dried off with the post office. Went to the post office they couldn’t find it, clueless, even though the mailman said they dropped it off, which they didn’t. Left to fly home and it showed up 4 days later. Why couldn’t ups just deliver it?

The reason I gave these stars is because the color is more rusty than red, so I wasn’t happy… I thought for sure for valentines it would be red..
I’ve ordered numerous times from your company and was only dissatisfied with this one..

Not white

The towel was shown as red & white but mine is red & creme. The towel is nice but not the color I wanted. Washcloth is great!
